Hi, I’m Min. I started my fitness journey to heal from severe back pain caused by a lack of muscle. What began as rehab turned into a passion, leading me to complete certifications in both Pilates and weight training.
At Hybrid Training, I help clients move better and feel stronger by combining the best of both methods. My approach is personal and practical—sharing real tips from my own experience and focusing on each individual’s goals.
