Donna has been with Team Hybrid Training as a trainer since 2016. She got inspired to gain women’s empowerment by starting CrossFit in 2010. During the process, she realized and found her passion for physical and mental wellness.

She specialized in integrative strength training, functional movement, and conditioning level improvement to help individuals reach their full potential.
